| Confidential to anyone in the league, if you don't know what that means then you are not in the league.
To Ian, I am very sorry that you can not be in the league this season. I really was hoping that you would be able to get in. We threw around the idea of expanding to 12 teams but decided it's not the best thing right now for numerous reasons that I don't want to get into right now considering it is 2:13am.
A very special thank you goes out to copy and paste, you deserve a nobel prize.
So far here's how the league draft decisions stand #1: Compton #2: Jack #3: Matt #4: Sam and Jerry #5: Justin #6: Randy #7: Al #8: Moe #9: Scott #10: Shooter
I however have not had time to think about what spot I want but (edit)will be taking #6.(edit) I have a few things to look at but will do it in the morning and come to my conclusion then.
Thank you Good Night! | comments: Leave a comment |
| AL
Just a run down so you kind of know what you're looking at
Scott says he'll take either #4 or #9 but most likely #9, he's going to let me know later today.
Moe says he doesn't want #4 and will take either #7 or #8
My guess is Scott takes #9 Moe takes #7
I think you should have the choice between #4 for sure and most likely #8 | | (Reply) (Thread) |
| | You're fucking kidding me...That's actually a really difficult choice. Thanks for the heads up. I'll need to think about that. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | say what happened to the tight end decision? Are we selecting tight ends or flex? | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| It stayed the same.
Also you are next.
Also I was right about Scott's choice.
Also I was wrong about Moe's choice.
Also Moe took #8.
Thank You for your attention to this matter.
Good night! | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| Also we need to narrow down the keeper aspect of things.
Also I think there are really only two we should vote on.
Also we need to vote on the $5 per week payout structure. I will fill you in more tomorrow on the different categories.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Good night!
For real this time!

| Crap that makse things harder (I had decided on the 8th pick, now I have to look again)
I'll let you know ASAP. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | Only reason I didn't take #4 was because Alexander will not be there and that's the only player I would want at the beginning of the draft. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| Sounds like everything is blowing up in Drew Assclowns face.
He says Owens and Walker will not be showing up to their respective camps, while Owens and Walker themselves both say they will be.
Now we can only hope that both players fire him and get a new agent. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | I think Chad Johnson is also holding out for that fool (though I haven't looked in quite some time) so I hope Johnson sends him on his ear as well. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | Last I heard about Johnson was that he says if he doesn't have a deal by next season he could see himself holding out next year. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | yeah, but at the same time I think YOU are going to take the guy *I* want from around that point in the draft and it will be too early to take one of my "next tier" of guys at 7th...DAMN THAT MOE. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | Wouldn't it then be too early to take one of your next tier guys at 8th | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | I'm probably going with the best player available where I am because I can't get Alexander | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | I bet you take dookie duce...I considered taking 4 just to fuck you over and pick him in front of you, but 4 is too early and and I don't like the other "popular" options around then. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | Yes, however I'm looking at the wraparound, and I'd like my choice at the next tier guys, which I thought the wrap around at pick 8 was about perfect, now Moe will probably take one so I'll be more limited. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| How doesn't it?
I KNOW that's the guy you're going to take in the second round and Moe told me he didn't want him. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| Firstus, you're replying to THE WRONG COMMENT, ROOKIE.
Secondus, it doesn't make sense because I've never talked about Smith and I don't like the '9ers. It would have made sense if you said David Pollack since he's a Bengal and I like the Bengals. It would have been FUNNY because he's a DEFENSIVE END, and the idea of drafting a DE in a non-idp league is funny.
YOU LOSE MAJOR POINTS HERE, SIR. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| OOOOHHHHHHH!
FIRSTUS, ALEX SMITH plays for the 49ers
SECONDUS, Akili Smith did however play for the Bengals. He sucked major ass!
So it was in fact funny because he was a QB for the Bengals that was god awful. You rookie Begals fan you. I was being sarcastic obviously.
I THINK YOU LOSE MAJOR POINTS PLUS THE ONES THAT I LOST AND IN TURN GIVE ME BACK MINE TIMES 3! | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| touché...
I read that comment too quick. Though I still think it would have been funnier if you said this years Bengal's first round pick Pollack since he plays on Defense. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| That IS who I am going for in Scott's league.
I don't want him as my primary back in both leagues.
I think Juice will take him at five.
IF he is available when I pick AND IS the best guy out there, then Yeah I will probably take him, but he wont be. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | He *MIGHT* slide that far given his numbers last year. It's *possible* | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| I think the draft will go these three in no order particularly
Manning LT Alexander
Then who knows.
I don't think Juice will touch Holmes or a QB, he took Mcallister last year, he knows the improvements they have made. I think he takes him again, unless of course he goes #4 | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| Hey I'm supposed to find out what the possibility of you coming to Scott's draft is.
It's on August 24th, it's a Wednesday which suck ass. We should be done about 10pm | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| Pretty low, especially during the week, that will only be a week and a half after I start my new job and I'll probably be dick deep in learning Java.
But it's possible. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | kind of figured you wouldn't want to but Scott wanted me to ask. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | actually I'll go so far as to say I'll *TRY* to make it, but I can't make guarantees. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| Wow you must really take Compton for stupid if you think he's going to take Manning first. I could see him going first in Scotts, but only a fool would take him first in our league.
Though maybe we can convince Compton to take Holmes again with the first pick...or maybe Vick since he had him last year. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| I did say no particular order.
I'm guessing Matt took #3 hoping Manning slides there.
When I talked to Compton I asked him who he would probably take and he said Manning.
Only because he kind of seems slightly lost as far as how to draft I told him that wasn't a good idea to take him first overall. He then said he would probably take LT then. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| Yes.
It's odd...it would appear LJ ate my comment where I said that's the one I was taking. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| I left you this where I thought you'd be most likely to see it:
Your friend from work (Rodney)'s roster, 2 things: One: we need a team name. Two: He has manning and Bulger and he can't. Manning is #1 Bulger is #10.
He needs to replace one of his QBs. The rest of his list looked legit. | | (Reply) (Thread) |
